At Biovia, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be in the original packaging.

  • Not be marked as non-returnable or final sale.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem.

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Change of Mind Returns

If you simply changed your mind, you may return eligible products within 30 days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Returned items must be received and inspected before a refund is issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used health and wellness products.

  • Consumable products that have been opened.

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized or customized items.

  • Products marked as Final Sale.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard return policy.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier.

If the package is confirmed as lost, we will offer either:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A full refund.
