Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–18 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Australia: 8–18 business days

  • Europe: 8–20 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become available after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Biovia cannot guarantee recovery or replacement of the package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Contacting us if the package cannot be located.

Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, your order may arrive in separate packages. If this occurs, each shipment will have its own tracking information.
